4. PhD or equivalent degree in the discipline with min 55% marks in PG
5. PG in Psychology/ Education/ Psychological Measurement/ Psychometrics or Management with specialization in HR with minimum 55% marks
6. M.Tech/ M.E in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Electronics & Telecom or Instrumentation/ M.C.A./ PG in Computer Science and 01-year experience
7. Master’s degree in Hindi or English and 01 years experience
8. B.E./B.Tech/MCA and 05 years experience
